Ca: B.C. doctor censured for article about soldier’s death
A Vancouver Island doctor who wrote about operating on a dying Canadian soldier in Afghanistan has been censured by the B.C. College of Physicians and Surgeons for revealing intimate details about the patient.
Dr. Kevin Lee Patterson has admitted that he was guilty of unethical and unprofessional conduct with respect to breaching patient confidentiality, the college said in a news release Tuesday.
